We're a family that tries to eat healthy, home-cooked meals, but one evening, home alone and feeling lazy, I grabbed a semi-prepared boxed meal from the pantry. On a whim, I took a photo and asked AI if it was actually healthy. The verdict was clear: highly processed, loaded with sodium and refined flour, with no real nutritional benefit beyond convenience.
